At Up Pediatric Dentistry, we envision a family-oriented practice that is built on love for children, and we are committed to building long-term relationships with our pediatric patients and their families. We believe that each child is a unique individual that requires special attention and strive to build trusting relationships by providing continual quality care. Each child has his or her own private room where parents are welcome to accompany their child for most of the dental appointments. Everything we do, we do it in baby steps! It is our goal, as kids’ dentist, to create positive dental experiences, with the hope that our patients will continue to maintain their oral health into adulthood and look forward to their dental visits. Our dream is to keep children happy, healthy, and, of course, smiling!

Board Certified Pediatric Dentist Specializing in Cosmetic Dentistry for Children and Adolescents
Dr. Danni Cottrill pursued a biochemistry specialist program for undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto, Canada. During her college years, while shadowing a neighborhood dentist, she found a love for dentistry and a chance to build long term relationships with people. In 2012, she graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry, where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. A desire to work with children led her to two additional years of training to become a specialized dentist for kids at the University of Texas in Houston. Upon completion of her residency, she also graduated with a Master of Science in Dentistry the same year, defending her thesis, “ A retrospective comparison of the success rates of pediatric oral sedation for dental treatment among different regimens.” Dr. Danni is a board certified pediatric dentist, a credential which requires a vigorous process that demonstrates a pediatric dentist’s pursuit of continued proficiency and excellence.
Dr. Danni Cottrill resides in Oak Hill, TN with her husband, her son, and their dog, Truck. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, going on trails, road trips, or just relaxing in her back yard sipping a cup of tea.
